Jennifer Dodd – Energy Advisory Team
Jennifer leads the energy advisory team, which works with customers to define KPIs, analyze energy data, and uncover opportunities for energy savings. Her deep manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement expertise ensures that customers not only have the right technology but also the insights needed to make data-driven decisions and reduce operational costs.
Sarah Hepperla – Project Management Office (PMO)
Sarah leads the team’s project management efforts, overseeing the lifecycle of customer projects. She ensures smooth deployment and integration of hardware and data, working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure successful outcomes. Previously a chemical engineer, Sarah uses her analytical mind to help ensure the success of complex deployments.
Charles Baker – Implementation Team
As part of the implementation team, Charles ensures the seamless installation of hardware and its integration into the system. He conducts rigorous quality control checks to ensure all systems are connected, operational, and that data is flowing accurately for analysis. Charles is also the brains behind Ndustrial’s award-winning machine learning algorithm to predict grid peaks.
Sam Arredondo – Implementation Team
Sam is responsible for deploying energy meters and equipment for major customers, ensuring that everything is installed and operational. He can often be found coordinating with clients, contractors, and even customs brokers all around the world. He verifies that all data is captured correctly for use by the advisory team.

Charles Baker adds, “The PMO team is vital for scoping and creating project timelines, while the implementation team focuses on execution—making sure all installations are correct and that the data we gather is reliable and actionable.” This seamless integration of hardware, software, and data analysis allows the team to provide customers with complete, functional energy management solutions.
This collaborative approach extends beyond internal teams. As Sam points out, “We’re not just working with each other, but with customers globally. We start by understanding their needs, install the necessary hardware, and then continue to support them through training and troubleshooting. It’s a dynamic and ongoing process.”

Jennifer adds that her team is also focused on helping customers with ISO 50001 compliance, which is a growing need in the energy optimization space. “We’re developing a programmatic approach to assist customers with ISO 50001 compliance, which will be a key part of our offering in the future,” she says.

Sarah encourages potential applicants to apply, even if they’re coming from a different industry. “I transitioned from a chemical engineering background, and it was a big switch. Sam emphasizes the importance of being self-motivated. “You have a lot of latitude in this company, but you’re also expected to take responsibility and solve problems. You need to be proactive and push through challenges to keep things moving forward.”
Charles Baker adds that while the job is demanding, the supportive environment at Ndustrial makes it manageable. “Expect to work hard, but know that the team is there to support you. Everyone is understanding and willing to help when things get tough. It’s all about finding solutions together.”
